Our gazpacho is prepared with sun-drenched summer vegetables: tomatoes, green and red bell peppers, onions, cucumbers. It is aromatized with garlic, basil and umeboshi plum seasoning.

Tomatoes*, red peppers*, green peppers*, onions*, cucumber*, pure water from the Haut-Languedoc regional Park, basil*, virgin olive oil first cold pressed*, seasoning amebosis (plums,iresine leaf, 100 % natural sea salt from Guérande),100 % natural sea salt from Guérande, garlic*.

PREPARATION

To be enjoyed well chilled with a drizzle of olive oil. Our gazpacho can accompany a summer meal or be eaten on its own with a nice slice of bread.
