Here are three quick and easy healthy dinner recipes you can whip up using our best-selling soups. They’re loaded with nutrients, full of flavor, and designed to nourish body and soul. 



  1. Chilled Gazpacho Bowl with Toppings Bar

(Ready in 5 minutes — no cooking required)

A light, refreshing dinner that feels like summer in a bowl. This twist on the classic gazpacho is cool, crisp, and perfect for hot evenings.

What you need:

  • 1 jar of Karine & Jeff Organic Gazpacho

  • ½ avocado, diced

  • 1 (or 2) hard-boiled egg, sliced 

  • ¼ cucumber, finely chopped

  • Fresh herbs (cilantro, basil, or parsley)

  • A drizzle of olive oil

  • Toasted sourdough or whole grain bread on the side

Instructions:

  1. Pour chilled gazpacho into a bowl.

  2. Top with diced avocado, cucumber, and egg.

Instructions:
