Following in the footsteps of the Provençal Soup and the Promenade in Syracuse, this gazpacho continues our journey through the sun-drenched flavours of the South.

True to our commitment to natural and healthy food, this recipe is made with carefully sourced ingredients: Guérande sea salt and sun-ripened tomatoes from Provence. We never use reconstituted tomatoes—only real, fresh produce to highlight authentic taste.
